The TBT Butcher Shop and Depot District Delie is open in Bay St. Louis on Blaize Avenue and will soon open as a full market, similar to the butcher shop in Pass Christian.
“This area has been lacking a meat market since Hurricane Katrina,” owner Thomas Genin told the Sun Herald earlier this year.

The Depot District Deli is TBT's latest addition to the TBT Butcher Shop chain. At the Deli, grab a seat and order from our lunch and dinner menu or order a dish to go. We offer a variety of your TBT favorites including the famous TBT Smash Burger, our TBT Tuna Dip, and a new local favorite in our Roast Beef PoBoy. In addition to our menu from the grill, we have salads and dessert to-go.
